The service

ChatFlow is an AI-powered WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Vyan Technologies. The product is currently in Early Access and under active development. Features may change, and the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Workspaces and accounts

You can explore the builder anonymously. To save work, generate journeys with AI, connect WhatsApp or collaborate, you create a workspace by signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping your access secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ChatFlow to send spam, unlawful, misleading or abusive content, to infringe others' rights, or to violate the policies of WhatsApp or Meta. You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and all applicable laws when messaging your customers.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you create and send, for obtaining any consent required to message your customers, for honouring opt-out requests, and for ensuring the data you upload complies with applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.

Intellectual property

ChatFlow, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Vyan Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain ownership of the journeys and content you create; you grant us the permissions needed to host, process and display that content so we can provide the service, including sending your prompts to our AI provider when you use AI generation.

WhatsApp and Meta

ChatFlow is built on the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform. Your use of WhatsApp messaging through ChatFlow is also subject to Meta's terms and policies. ChatFlow is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta.

AI-generated content

AI features generate suggestions based on your input. You are responsible for reviewing generated journeys and messages before sending them to your customers.

Service availability

Because ChatFlow is in Early Access, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and certain capabilities (such as connecting WhatsApp and publishing) may be limited while we complete platform and verification requirements. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyan Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using ChatFlow and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
